Terms of Service

Effective August 2026

1. The service

Hird Exchange ("the Exchange") is operated by Hird Robotics LLC ("Hird"). The Exchange connects businesses, workers, operators, robot owners, service providers, and integrators for robotics and physical-AI work. Matching is currently coordinated by Hird; the Exchange is not an automated transaction platform.

2. Submissions

Information you submit (needs, offers, capabilities, contact details) must be accurate and yours to share. You grant Hird permission to use it to evaluate, coordinate, and match work within the Exchange network. Do not submit confidential information you are not authorized to disclose.

3. No guarantee of matching

Hird reviews submissions in good faith but does not guarantee a match, a response time, or any business outcome. Any engagement that results from an introduction is governed by the agreement the parties make with each other or with Hird directly.

4. Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no misrepresentation, no scraping or automated abuse, no submitting work that would be unsafe or unlawful to perform. Hird may decline or remove any submission at its discretion.

5. Disclaimers & liability

The Exchange is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hird disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Exchange. Robotic work involves physical risk; parties are responsible for their own safety practices, licensing, and insurance.

6. Changes

Hird may update these terms; the effective date above will change when it does. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the updated terms.
