What we collect

What you give us: name, email, company, and the content of your submissions (needs, offers, capabilities, project details). Standard server logs (IP address, request metadata) are kept for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

To review, coordinate, and match submissions within the Exchange network; to contact you about your submissions and onboarding; and to operate and secure the service. When matching requires it, relevant submission details are shared with the counterparty being considered — that is the point of the Exchange.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising. No third-party analytics or tracking scripts run on this site.

Retention & removal

Submissions are retained while relevant to coordination. To have your information corrected or deleted, contact Hird via hirdrobotics.com and we'll handle it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
