What is Hird Exchange?
A marketplace for the physical AI economy, operated by Hird Robotics. It connects businesses that need physical work done with robots, operators, services, and integrators — across human, teleoperated, and autonomous work.
How does it work today?
Submit what you need — or what you offer — in any market. Every submission goes to Hird's coordination desk, which reviews it, matches it against the network, and connects both sides by email. Self-serve accounts and listings are being built on top of this working process.
What can I submit?
Robots and fleets, operator capabilities, robotics services (development, repair, fabrication, deployment, training), integration expertise, and jobs that need doing. Every submission is reviewed by a person.
Can I work remotely as a robot operator?
That's one of the core ideas of the Exchange. Teleoperation lets skilled operators perform physical work from anywhere — judgment and skill are required, physical presence often isn't.
Can businesses post robotic jobs?
Yes. Describe the task, the site, the schedule, and the required capabilities. Jobs can specify their work mode: human, teleoperated, semi-autonomous, autonomous, or hybrid.
What does Hird Integration do?
When you don't know what solution you need, Hird engineers take the problem — task, environment, constraints — and assemble robot, sensors, connectivity, operator, AI, software, deployment, and maintenance as one working system.
How does Hird make money?
Hird operates the Exchange and earns through its own robotics business: rentals, services, and integration projects. As marketplace transactions move on-platform, standard marketplace fees will apply — always stated up front.
